Penobscot County Grand Jury returns No Bill in case of Ralph Greenleaf
The Penobscot County Grand Jury has returned a No Bill in the case of the death of Ralph N. Greenleaf, 48 years old of Bangor.

It's odd that there was no inditment, there has not been any mention of who the accused actually are. Could it be that one of the accused is actually the son of the Superintendent of the Bangor School Department, Betsy Webb? Do you suppose she would have so much influence over the City of Bangor, the media and possibly even a grand jury member or two? In almost any case such as this the accused are not only named but are profiled by the media. however nobody has been named in this case at all? How could this be?
