Seat belts could be good and bad, I don't think a seat belt would had saved the life of Daniel Wood because of where he was sitting and where the enpact was. There could had been more deaths if seat belts were on , because I believe some of the kids were able to get down when the bus swerved to keep the truck from hitting head on. But also seat belts could help if buses needs to slam on there brakes for some reason. So there is mixed emotions when it comes to seat belts. I just wish Daniel could of lived so he could of filled out his own comments.
