Tampa Police To Drug Dealers: 'You're Not Safe Here'

More than 40 suspected drug dealers, distributors and suppliers have been arrested in east and west Tampa as part of a five-month-long investigation.

If the Tampa Police Department really wanted to "keep us safe," they would stop allowing their confidential informants from committing crimes against the citizens of Hillsborough and Pinellas County.

I have been the victim a serious crime committed by a Tampa Police Department/Hillsborough County Sheriff Department Confidential informant named Bradley Boyce Bowen.

Bradley boyce Bowen is allowed to commit crimes willy-nilly (w/o fear of arrest) as long as he works as a confidential informant. His crimes include, passing bad checks, assault with a firearm, animal abuse, domestic violence, extortion, assault and battery, narcotice trafficking.

My brother is virtually brain-dead from type-4 glioblastoma brain cancer. He can't even wipe himself much less be of any help to law enforcement. But you are correct in that his criminal records seemed to have disappeared sometime in 2003-2004 at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

With no criminal record on file, the confidential informant is virtually undetectable; problem is, they are free to commit serious crimes willy-nilly among the general population as a fringe benefit while they help the Tampa Police Department and the Hillsborough Sheriffs Department "solve crimes."

You're shortcoming, H Askton, however, is that you rather enjoy it, and have proposed no solution whatsoever to stop the victimization of innocent Americans subject to the CI havoc.

Maybe those USAO/FBI CI Guildelines need a little Rehabilitation Act of 1973 self-evaluating to eliminate disabled Americans being the target just because they are easy prey.

The article "disappearing Dockets' reveals "during the five-year period ending Dec. 30, an average of 18 percent of nearly 3,000 criminal cases were not docketed in Washington's U.S. District Court."

Do you grasp the seriousness of an 18% rate of undocketed cases in our U.S. District Courts? That's one of five cases allowing the convict to mix into society with a "stealth" criminal record!!!!!

Do you fancy the idea that the person living next door may well be a criminally insane nut-case with no courthouse record -- working as confidential informant while committing crimes in your neighborhood w/o legal consequence?
