There has been much chaos reported in the county's school district during this school year. The blame, according to parents and teachers, has been put directly on the heads of the Superintendent, Dr. Arthur Johnson, and his newly hired Chief Academic Officer, Mr. Jeffrey Hernandez. In the least, they mandated a total revamping of the curriculum and academic programming that resulted in putting the district in a state of total chaos. The problem lay with the faulty way the changes were initiated. That means "best practices" were not utilized by the district's top administrators.
What will/should be the repercussions and ramifications of what has transpired in the schools this school year? |
