i campaigned for Billy, but am very disappointed in his behavior. He has damaged his image with the community and lost all crediability. Such a shame for someone who apired to move higher into politics. When people forget who they are and how they got where they are and inject self instead of giving God the credit, they set themselves up for failure. Billy had gotten very "cocky" in his self image and now he has fallen. He needs to be removed from office, especially if he cares about Owen County.

Agree totally with Carol Kendall, I believe his position went to his head a bit too much, and He did seem cocky and a step above the rest of us. It is all just sad to me.
