acquittal..........unbelievabl e..........there was no mercy or justice shown by the jurors. And as for Randall Ashauer.........he should be ashamed of himself..........and maybe someday there will be justice served..in that, he will be sitting where Tiffany P. sits now.......and sees life thru her eyes.......a future paralyzed from the neck down....unable to enjoy so many of life's precious moments......I pray that Tiffany will find the strength to move on..........she is in for the fight of her life, but somehow I hope she feels the strength and support of this community and finds peace along the way. And as for you, Ashauer, you may think you have won, round one.......but remember, one thing..........in the end ...you have to answer to a higher power....and your lawyer won't be able to talk her way out of that one!!!!!!!!!!

What is happening to our world??? You drive drunk, do permanent damage to another and yet aren't held accountable. We have sunk to a new low. Mr. Ashauer should gladly hand over his business to help this young lady out. Other people went around the girls...would he have if he had not been drinking? I hope he can live with himself. Everyone should boycott his business!!!!!

Just had to throw in my two cents as well... When will Wisconsin start to truly look @ drunk driving for the serious offense it is?
What I do know from personal experience, sitting in traffic court, watching case after case go before the judge, 3rd offense drunk driving & people were getting their licenses revoked, but no jail time!? It makes me sick to my stomach & so thankful that no one I know has ever been a victim to drunk driving.. As if there isn't enuf wrong with this world in the first place.
I don't know about any other businesses but I don't have the slightest interest of ever being a customer @ the darboy club

Ok...so after reading all these posts on here I truly agree with what everyone said. First off 8yrs ago my father was killed from drunk driving, and he was the one drunk, so you would think that with an experience like that you would have to know better than to drive with someone who's been drinking...well another scenario that just happened within the last week..my sister who is only 19yrs old got into the car with a drunk driver after leaving a party. He was underage and driving his g/f's car. They went to turn the corner head on and crashed into a tree at 40mph. They left the scene and took my little sister to the hospital where she is still there almost a week later. Thank god she wasn't killed...so now ask yourself what happened to the kid who was driving...NOT A DAMN THING! all he got was an underage drinking fine. And what does my sister do...brags about her not getting an underage drinking fine. What is wrong with our justice system, my brother also was driving drunk one nite and ran a stop sign and 2 girls who were driving down the road at 50mph crashed into them...what happened to the girls...one was severely injured and the other just had some cuts and scrapes...but what happened to my brother who had 5 counts of causing injury while drunk driving...NOT A DAMN THING. So I ask myself, are these kids just morons, or is it because they that all they will get from the justice system is a slap on the wrist and maybe a revoked license? I think the justice system needs to wise up a little. I'm sorry I think our judges and lawyers need to go back to school and stop defending these people. You get yourself into the mess, you get yourself out on ur own and pay ur own consequences. Ok so now that I ranted and raved about the experiences i've had...i think Randall Ashauer SHOULD be sitting in jail for what he did. I think his businesses should be taken from him. I hope that Tiffany P. and her family win the lawsuit!!! or if need to fight it!!!! Tiffany...you really are an inspiration to all...keep up the fight and don't give in...justice will be served someday...and I hope you have the peace of mind that you are deserved

I AGREE! does this man have no conceinse?! the paper said that another driver had to swerve, and he/she did. but hm, that judge dont think the reason Ashauer didnt swerve had nothing to do with being drunk :O
i would like to know which businesses this jerk owns, i will definitally not be going to any of them.
i dont care if it was possible that it MAY have happened even if he wasnt drunk. the fact is that he was. the fact is that u were drunk Randall Ashauer and, u did hit those girls.
the money u spent on lawyers/..... to get off, u shoulda gave to those girls.
what the h.... is wrong with u!

you people don't know the whole story so just keep your mouths shut. i know randy and he is a great guy and this has torn him apart inside i guarantee you that. what about the girls. why were they walking on a dark street late at night anyway. where is there accountability? know all the facts before you bash someone. he made a mistake like so many other people make in this world and it just so happened these girls made a mistake at the same time. leave the man alone, he has enough to deal with let alone stupid comments from people who i could almost guarantee have made mistakes in their lives too....

shame on you dan 121-the guy was drunk-and the man should have been hung had a fair trial held-accountability for the girls wearing dark clothing-are u crazy? Let it tear him apart-he deserves more then that-This was not a mistake-his car was a weapon-he might as well have opened fire-a mistake is something minor-burn in hell you drunk-oh poor guy-its easy to regret things when you can walk yourself-or feed yourself-he knew the law-

It's about time he's held accountable (O.J.) And yes he might be a great guy, but he's a terrible drunk!! Just because he's a business owner doesn't give him a license to kriple or kill another human. It's time to face the music!! He probably still drives when he's drinking!!
