She's 18, she no longer gets the adult supervision crutch.

Can definitely tell the kids (and "old enough to know betters") are out of school and bored already with all the graffiti around town. Maybe year round school would keep them occupied? As for those out of school....get a job, volunteer for something, or eventually learn to scrub and paint those walls and/or pay for the damage you've done to property. Surely there are better things to do with your lives?

That's true, I should have said she did not have any adult supervision prior to this, so what do you expect.

Really? You don't have anything better to talk about then an 18 year old? Who in fact DOES have a job, two at that. Shouldn't you be supervising your own kids instead of gossiping about something in which you know nothing about?

Oh, and the parent in question happens to be a volunteer firefighter AND E.M.T. Is this really the thanks you think he deserves? Who's going to save your child next time they're not being supervised closely enough and get hurt? Probably the same guy who raised the delinquent. Hmmmmm.

Sounds like they are too 'BUSY' to supervise their own child.

And 18 year old isn't actually a "CHILD".
How any of this falls on the parents in the first place beats me.

Well i'm so glad that I fault for your freedom of speech for 20 years,
You have the right think and say anything you want, However, I think before you open your overloaded mouth you realy should try and ask me,

To any of you that want to talk in person, I'm not hard to find in Alamogordo.

When we change current out look on our new US and keep people like you out of a parents business, maybe some things will change.

Peace out

Ok This comment really pisses me off, You have no clue,
You must just be a single adult, with no kids, and even if you do have kids, You have no clue,
and to acuse me of not supervising, I hope you can live with yourself, because you are sure stuck on yourself so much that i'm sure no one else can.

You have a wonderful life, and some day while in not supervising my child and you need help, I will be there, Just because i'm that type of person.

sounds like you got your little feelings hurt, sorry about the truth coming out. I hope your innocent kid keeps doing what it is that got her in trouble in the first place. If she does we have a special jail cell in mind. Stop the crying and start parenting...its never too late.

I do not know the specifics of what happened but I sure as hell know Gary is a damned good father who will do anything for his kids and anyone else who needs it, and Amanda is a WONDERFUL young woman!!! You should all get out of your glass houses before you start throwing your stones!!! Or running your mouths! Even if Amanda did anything we were all kids once and have done things that are dumb but thats what being a kid is all about and I sure as hell guarantee that if Gary was with Amanda 24/7 you would all say he is a father who smothers is kid and doesn't let her live her life! You all need to go get a mirror and analyze your own lives!!!!

Drinking is what got her in trouble, actually.
Do you drink? Do you think they have a special cell for you too?
They do, and it's called detox in case you were wondering.
You try having a kid and then try telling them what to do when they become an adult. Which is 18, just F.Y.I.
And yes Katrina, the glass house is a great analogy.
Especially when it comes to anonymous nobodys that know nothing, and simply have nothing better to do with their lives then judge people they don't know.
Trust me, your s*** does indeed stink for one reason or another.
Your kids will mess up one day, and I will be lurking the police logs like you creeps, waiting for the last laugh.
