This is a sad happening. No doubt he is an ducated man, had a god job, I'm not sure of his yearly salary, but sure it was fairly decent pay?

It wasn't like he had some pissant minimum wage job so common here.

And for what? To make a stupid mistake such as this, to pocket a measly $525?

How does a fully grown man with a good job lose all sense of reality, and make such a stupid mistake that an 8 year old child knows better not to do?

A desperate need of money? Can you honestly tell me this man had nowhere to turn if he needed money?

Or does he possess some sick klepto tendencies, and this was only the first time he was caught?

Ok, sure-so i am not great at the key board the way you are and as witty but lets stay focused on the fact this guy was in the schools working with our kids a drug addict with of history of crime and not paying rent and skilled at working the system in his favor-a man with no integrity. I think it odd that you think it's funny to play games and assume that i take drugs with your immature comments and poke at me. O-yea that is how he got hired he had great typing skills and was witty........

look at the facts. history of lying, stealing, deception, "con". Does illegal things for solely his own personal benefit then gossips, lies, casts dispersion nearby and attempts, over and over, to set up someone else to take the fall instead of himself; for example, his wife (former) who was disabled and had all her personal property siphoned off by him, an acquaintance from Vermont who had a mild public lewd conviction (pay attention to what this man was accused of in Alamogordo and the subsequent hysteria), information trading (who knows the extent), the theft and attempt to blame a fellow co-worker...each of these blatant, arrogant, con actions involved misdirection and falsehoods against others, to terrible effect on the other innocent individuals.

With all this being known why is that it is so quite on this thread, why the good ol boys and girls have nothing to say about this scum, come on man what does this guy have on who. He is not a victim but a true predator and it is not the first time he was under investigation about missing money. Ok so he joins a church and cry s, goes in public and cry s about being a victim-it is all part of his game and hussle-it will be probable that he gets a promotion of some kind,- I know that his mother was an illegal who walked across the border gave birth to him and presto a citizen and now we let him take and take...

Could we leave his mother out of it? She's a lovely, hard-working woman.
Otherwise, I very much agree with you, Leo.

Agree, he is a true predator. Many people have been fooled by his "con" and his always pointing the finger at someone else. This is barely the tip of the iceberg, so to speak.

This was not a "stupid mistake";he just got arrogant and careless because he gets away with so much previously. So, he's remorseful that he got caught and ruined his "reputation". He's got a lot of "friends" on both sides of the law.

He may have ally's who want to use him to suit there ends claiming it justifies the means but i cant believe they are his "friends", and a lot of questions will be asked on the proven ground in regards to his so called recovery and victim stance.

I'm done here, it will just be another speed bump in the life of a socio-path.

Forget it, I guess. Alamogordo may not be interested in finding out the extent of monies missing from DWI, from Teen Court, from National Teen court (golf tournament at Inn of the Mountain Gods....LOTS of missing money, blamed on a co-worker in another county). Justice, Truth?? I know there are some good detectives there, good court officials, etc.; however, it seems most of the town just goes for the hysteria created by Cereceres when he started pointing the finger toward the supposed sex offender from Vermont...rather than seeking any truth about any of these events. Cereceres will probably walk? Oh, well, go watch some ballgames or something, Alamogordo, rather than face it, and clean up your town, honestly.
