An Orange police officer placed on unpaid indefinite suspension after a fatal shooting had a pattern of "questionable" use of force, according to a 38-page statement by Police Chief Sam Kittrell notifying Arnold of the suspension.

Sorry, Officer Arnold should have waited for backup! He lost his temper with an idiot. Then basicly referted to deadly for that was really unecessary. Bigotry in it's reverted form.
