Dog Tethering Ordinance Passed

The Orange County Board of Commissioners passed an ordinance Tuesday that limits tethering to 3 hours.

Great!!! we have yet another useless ordinance in chapel hill county! we did not need another ordinance governing common sense and morality. the only ones who will abide by this law-are the only people that treat their animals like family. THIS ORDINANCE WILL NOT BOTHER ANYONE WHO DOESN'T BOTHER TO COMPLY WITH ANY OTHER LAW OF THE STATES.
