I have owned a timeshare condo, at the French Lick resort, since 1987. The opening of the casino is something that we have looked forward to, for many years. It is extremely exciting that this has finally come to pass and we anticipate that our trips to French Lick will be even more fun now, than they were in the past!

The house always wins, or else there wouldn't be a house...something to always remember.

Dose anybody else think the new casino building is the biggest cheesiest looking “POS” building next to a ditch full of water. Looks like a revamped trailer that has been vinyl sided. “Riverboat” my butt. Really is a bring down from the historic hotel next to it. They should have done a better job of design. Or just put up a big metal barn with no windows.

No one has mentioned the casino's smoking policy. Do they have "no smoking" sections? Does anyone know?

I heard the casino is all smoking, but also heard fresh air will be circulated into boat either every hour or every 15 min., not sure if this is true.
