It's funny how even those who realize that Shan was no saint, as he has been portrayed, will only put him at 50% responsible. It may have been he tried to pull something, and it was a struggle for the gun. The Sentinel reported that his bed was made, like that matters. If he woke the homeowner up, with some other uninvited guy, his bed would be made. Maybe he had not even slept, and was really wired. Again, 2 people know what happened, and 1 of them is not going to talk.

My sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Shan. It is a terrible tragedy to learn someone you love has died, suddenly. Then, like the above poster said, it may get pretty ugly in the courtroom.

Young terrorists who were, according to their friends, and family, wonderful, bright, loving Americans, who just happen to be of the Muslim faith. I bet those folks were surprised by the radical terrorist actions, when they knew they were walking angels.

He was not, necessarily murdered. It could have been self defense. It could have been an accident. He could have been involved in some sort of criminal activity.

That's a charge. It's not evidence, and it certainly isn't a conviction.

I Know,
You have a lot of could have's and would have's in your statement. Here is the truth.. Bruce is considered innocent till proven quilty.
That's why they have courts and Judge's and Juries.
But, Fuller was arrested. Much more evidence was found. The charge was increased from 2nd degree murder to 1st degree. Plus new additional charges were filed.
For those charges to be increased to 1st degree MURDER (must be some very good evidence) This new evidence had to be presented to a Grand Jury,(16-23) people serve on
a Florida Grand Jury)
and then both the defense attorney and the prosecutor state their cases.
It must of been very convincing evidence to convince the Grand Jury to increase the charges.
I'm sure you READ the word EVIDENCE. It does not really make sense to me why in the world would they file, add on a rape charge and increase the charge to 1st degree murder if they did not have SOLID EVIDENCE !!
I'm not a betting man, But in this case Bruce's chance of being convicted are quite large. I would not want to be in his shoes and I'm sure you wouldn't either. The state would never go for all that time and expense if they did not have a very very good case against him.

"The Truth" You are so correct....and I know ALL the players involved.....and for him to finally get arrested after a year....then not even within 2 months...have a Grand Jury come back and INCREASE the charge to 1st degree and add the sexual charge against the woman (who I know)....there is HUGE evidence in all this...He knows he is in trouble....he does have a decent attorney...but the way that he and the woman have covered the story for over a YEAR....and make up crap about Shan being a Terroist took alot of thining on Bruce's part...because if you shot someone in self defense...lets say at 7am on a Tuesday morning....and then you call 911 at 8:30 in the morning.....one person could NOT come up with the story within one hour that he told the detectives!! there is NO WAY someone could concoct a story like that within an hour!!! The woman....gladly she was there the night before...she had to work in the morning...so she left Bruce's house before the scuffle went down....however...she and Bruce SHOULD have come forward to the Shan's family at best!! but that is what makes the world go around...people do what they do....and until this goes to trial...then we all have to sit back and wait!!! so.... I have spoken with the Detectives...they have had Bruce on the radar for a long time....there was NO F.B.I involved as Bruce told everyone back then!! they caught on to his story fast....but it took time to put it all together!! now you have an arrest for 1st Degree Murder and the trial will go on.....and everyone can attend and watch Bruce in action....because as we all know...he is entertaining to say the least!!! a hot mess if you ask me....but he himself thinks he is a "cool dude"!!! can't wait to see everyone at the trial!!

"hot mess" & "cool dude" - lol. Perfect! As someone who knew Bruce pretty well, and his victim not at all, I'll reserve judgement till more info comes out, however nothing would surprise me. As for "recreational" use, that usually implies occasional use and a lot of good people use occasionally; it's not indicitive of bad character. As far as the sexual assault charge; as someone who has (more than once), been on the receiving end of Bruce's unwanted advances, I'm not surprised and, while I would not have thought Bruce capable of forcible rape, he certainly would be capable of getting someone smashed and then taking advantage; that's his normal modus operandi with women. Because he IS a "hot mess" but THINKS he's a "cool dude."

I am glad to finally see that Bruce Fuller was arrested. Nothing will bring my friend back from the grave, but at least... JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED. Yes, we all partied together with Shan. He was the life of the party and knew how to have a good time. Apparently, Fuller didn't know how to have a good time; he psychotically killed a beautiful human being. As the newspaper described, Shan was generous and jovial. He was a brother to me and taught me a lot about what it means to be caring, kind, and loving to your friends and family. I remember seeing him at my engagement party and he and his wife were dressed in all white. They looked so beautiful together and Shan was having so much fun. I knew that night I would never see him again. I don't know how or why, but I knew when he said he would be at my wedding, it wouldn't happen. I thought maybe I was just trippin', but the intuition never fails. I didn't want him to leave, but he was very popular and had another party to attend to. I am grateful for the time we did spend together and will always remember Shan as a lover of life, pretty women, good music, and dancing shoes. The recent article fails to mention that he was also well-respected and liked out of the Pakstani-Muslim community. All of us white-Christian folk loved him too!:) One love, may Shan rest in peace, and justice take its course. Accidents happen, but everyone knows this was a premeditated murder case with malicious and fatal intent. Do the crime, you gotta do the time.

Wonder since ole fuller was let out if he has been up to his partying and drugging on a nightly basis? His cocaine habit was a daily one just wonder if he is still able to keep up his ways. And, btw, is it common for someone to be out facing a murder one charge?
