For those of you who DID NOT LISTEN TO ME- as in it can take time for a capital murder investigation: Ole Mr. Fuller was arrested, cuffed and charged and is now in JAIL. One more time, JAIL. Got it. JAIL. He's now up on murder charges. He will now have an arraignment hearing before the court and we will see if the DA asks for a no bail as he is a flight risk and has a criminal record. Or, if they set bail high and see if he has any coin to put up to get himself out. Else, the good ole boy is behind bars for a long time- as the trial itself won't happen in short order. Tried to tell you boasters- it's not unusual at all for charges and arrest to take a yr or more, especially in a small, sleepy little ole town like Maitland, where they have to call in outside help for a case of this scope. Mr. Fuller will now have to get used to a 6 x 12 cell, prison food, a bad looking jump suit, and a LOT of free time to think about what he did.

63 year old, eh? 2nd degree murder? Sounds like ole Mr. Fuller's last site he sees on this earth may be the inside of a prison cell.

Florida Law known as: 10/20/Life

Under Florida's 10-20-Life law, a person who uses a Firearm to commit Second Degree Murder must be sentenced to a minimum-mandatory prison sentence of 25 years.

I feel for the Shan family. I took the time to read every comment. Please bare in mind, in our justice system, Bruce is innocent until proven guilty by a jury or he confesses. It's not the firearms, it's firearms in the wrong hands. If Mr. Fuller had a history of domestic violence (proven), he should not have had the right, privilege and responsibilty of owning a firearm. Go back to the judge who didn't make sure this mistake happened.

Bruce told so many different stories about that night. I hadn't heard he saved American's lives. Maybe he will get a medal of honor from the town of Maitland. NOT!

"Ali BABBLER"- you can't even get your stupid name right. All your other babble-speak postings are "Ali Baba"? So, which is it, Einstein? You do understand that falsely accusing someone of being a terrorist, as you claim Mr. Alam to be, is a FEDERAL OFFENSE. As in the FBI will be knocking/kicking in your door to serve you, just as Mr. Fuller was served. "American"? Shan Alam was born in this nation, grew up in this nation, attended public schools in this nation, worked and lived in this nation, paid taxes in this nation, had a son born to him in this nation, and had all rights and documentation as a U.S. citizen. I'll bet you, Shan's parents have been in the United States longer than a pathetic dirt ball like you has been alive. PLEASE in great detail: 1) Describe for us what it is to be "American" in your twisted little mind and 2) Describe for us in GREAT DETAIL how ole Mr. Dirt Bag Fuller supposedly "saved" "American" lives via shooting a U.S. citizen in what the District Attorney and FBI have now determined to be 2nd degree MURDER? We'll be waiting. We may even put a little "trace" on your posts via some contact with the FBI and see how they feel about you falsely accusing a U.S. Citizen of being a "terrorist" or a member of a "sleeper cell". Good luck. Just a suggestion: You better lock up that dumbed down pie hole, and quit sticking your dumbed down foot in it any deeper than you already have, or you may have a visit from law enforcement yourself. Good luck.

The Truth Does Prevail...

Thank-you Maitland PD and the Mailtalnd detectives who investigated this case and never giving up. Thank-you also to the prosecutor for also never giving up.

Bruce is facing a minimum of 20 to life in prison. More likely 25 to life. My take on this, He will take a deal and do a minimum of 15-20 He should be released when he is 78-83 years old. I really don't think he will want to go to trial and the actual truth be known. If he goes to trial and loses....He'll be in there for Life !! After 16 months of investigating...they have a solid case against Bruce....They are not going to lose. I'm sure he'll take the deal !!!!

100% agree with "The Truth". We should give a huge thanks to the Maitland police, their detective teams, the Chief, the District Attorney, the outside labs and support they relied on such as Orlando, the FBI for stepping up, etc. I also agree with "The Truth"- most cases never go to trial. Fuller will be arraigned shortly, bail, if any will be set and he will either have money for private council or be assigned a public defender. The DA will lay out the case before him and his counsel- and as is "SOP" (Standard Operating Procedure) do to our courts being backlogged, and the chance of get 25 yrs with no chance of parole, etc- he will more than likely receive counsel to take a plea deal from the DA. I would agree with "The Truth"- if 25 is mandatory under Florida law for 2nd degree with a firearm, then maybe they let him plea for 15 yrs minimum with a chance at parole. Either way, he's got a good chance of dying in prison do to his age, past habits of smoking, boozing and drugging, etc. Just look at his mug shot, the dude ain't exactly a pillar of health. More like a walking heart attack waiting to happen. For Shan's sake and the Alam family, we can only hope that Fuller does some serious hard time before kicking it and getting planted 6 ft under. Then, he can meet his maker and face the real judgement.

One of Southern CA largest newspapers has now picked up and is going to follow the story:

I say, before it's all over, Ole Fuller is going to take a plea deal and spend some serious time in the Federal lock-up. At 63, he will likely die in prison. The sentence for 2nd degree using a firearm in Florida is 25 to life- say he pleas, and the DA and Judge give him 14 yrs with possibility of parole, he's probably going to die on the "inside". He ain't going to "Club Fed"- he's going to Federal, hard core felony lock down, the "big house". At 63 yrs old- that's some REAL hard times. We'll see.

I find that hard to believe about Shan... maybe Bruce but not Shan. I knew them both. So, he drugged Shan? Or, even worse, tied him up before he killed him. God only know the truth hear but I just hope justice is done.

Bruce Fuller is a POS child molester. He will die in prison or be executed. At one time he was Uncle Bruce. I'm so happy he is not of my flesh and blood. Rot in hell Bruce Fuller!
