3/3/2012-Bo Morrison also was brutally shot. Also a 20 year old black man, but hiding from the police for underage drinking. The neighbor called police after going to the next door property complaining of noise at 12:00 am. He saw a group of young adults having a party. Well the cops responded to his complaint and the kids fled in hiding. Unfortunately Bo hide in a sun porch of the man who was mad and had called the cops. Bo was squatting down by a refrigerator in the neighbor's sunroom porch. Bo was trespassing, all agreed, Bo was unarmed and imposed no threat to the homeowner/complainant as the homeowner confronted the young man with a 45 revolver in his hand and asked him what he was doing on his property. He had Bo stand up (which was Bo's biggest mistake), the homeowner then was able to shoot Bo in the heart with a 45 cal. bullet. The police aren't allowed the luxury of killing at will unless there is imminent threat to peoples lives. As far as I know, no court in the past fifty years has sentenced any person to death for trespassing. Going back further in time, you'll only find black men sentenced to death for such trivial crimes. Why have republicans issued the laws endorsing deadly force with such open ended criteria for it's use. What is their agenda and why are they not taking responsibility for the deaths they have caused so far. Wisconsin has never had so much turmoil ever as we have had in one year under the new governor of 1 year. Bo's police record for mostly under age drinking is being used against him after his death, over and over again to justify the so called perfect crime. I do hope that these shooters will be held accountable in the civil courts, the same as O J Simpson was made accountable, and he also was cleared of not killing anyone. Repeal the 'Castle Doctrine and Stand your Ground " laws immediately. They are being used to further the hate crimes and political agendas of the few that shouldn't be allowed access to guns in the first place. This is the 3rd case I know of recently where the killer was allowed to walk after killing someone who was unarmed and posed no threat other than what the shooter claimed but couldn't prove. Bo Morrison couldn't be shot in a squatting position, how could the killer claim he was a threat if he was squatting down hiding. This killer statement says he found him squatting and shot him when he stood up. Unfortunately only the shooter's version was able to be taken, Bo's heart was not able to take the impact of a 45 slug shot at direct range. He died instantly with friends and police some fifty feet from where Bo died. Yes the police were at the front of the house as Bo was murdered. Bo was afraid of getting a ticket for underage drinking. Maybe that was the reason he had to die.

Maybe we should stay out of other people's houses, especially at night, then we can't be someone else s mistake.
