I certainly hope that all of the families and victims of crime are made aware of websleuths. The moderators have contact with these families and it is scary to think that a pedophile had contact with any of them or their children. I am also concerned for that little girl involved with Murt, that child was around this woman on several occasions. Websleuths should be shut down. They sell background checks and yet did nothing to check the background of one of their own admins.

Not only that...but at WS you are not allowed to delete your account there, once you join it you cant unjoin it and all of your PM's are NOT private, the Mods read them. The reason I suspect Trish wont allow you to "unjoin" is to make it look like she has thousands of posters on her site when in reality only about 25 people actually ever post there.

I feel like I am going to be sick. I used to sleuth on that site.

I did some research and what happened was she "windchime" had sex in the presence of a child under 16 x2, on a dining room table, and then in the presence of a child had pornographic photos taken of her including spreading her you know what open for some graphic photos.

Her husband was convicted of sexual assault on a child under the age of 12.
The same charges of having sex in the presence of a child under the age of 16.
Child abuse undefined.

I don't want to know anymore than that. It is sick to even think of it. Web Sleuths was involved in getting Maricopa Jane Doe out on the net to be identified.

God I obsessed over that kid for years and can't even begin to tell you what wonderful news it was when she was finally ided by her brother. Tawni Lee Mazzone. It took 9 freaking years for someone to come forward and give that little girl a name.

I am really floored! I honestly wish this weren't true.

I myself can not understand why Tawni's family did not look for her. I was a friend of Tawni and I can not get passed why they would let it go on for so long and not attempt to find her. It angers me and frustrates me more then you can know. R.I.P. Tawni, you will be missed more then you will ever know.

I had a problem with that too. She was killed 3 days after she ran away from home, but her mom never checked the area medical examiner's offices. I think her whole death was tragic all the way around.

I am Tawni's Aunt and she died only hours after she left my sisters house. And if you knew Tawni at all she did take off once in a while. There was a clip on the news that night but just that night. My sister never knew she was thrown from the car. For years we wondered why she wanted nothing to do with the family. If the police did their job she never would of gone so long unidentified. I live in Massachusetts and my cousin is a State Rep. I have been trying to get Phoenix to pass a law that involves DNA but they are so dam cheap. Your right my family never should of suffered as long as we did, Until you know the whole story please do not judge my family It is hard enough to deal with her death as it is. We heard she had been seen by so many people throughout the time she was missing. You have to understand we never thought she was missing just didn't want us in her life. Not sure where you grew up with her. But she was my blood. So please if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. We loved Tawni the people you should be blaming is William Walker who is free already and Lindsey the prostitute who I don't know how she lives her life everyday knowing dam well who Tawni was the day she was thrown from the car. They killed her,,,,, and they both are free. I only hope Lindsey who now has a daughter never has to feel the pain my sister has felt. Or maybe I do hope one day she will tell the truth of what happened that day.

We thought she was with her mom in Colorado. She ran away to live with her. She got into a fight with her mom and was headed back to us. Her mom thought she wanted nothing to do with her. So out of stubbornness no communication she was missing without any of us knowing.

I know all about how stubborn she was and how often she ran away. I was close to her when I lived in Colorado. I did my best to try and guide her in the right direction, but nothing seemed to help. I couldn't belive she was gone and I was extremely upset to find out she was murdered. Sometimes I think if I would have stayed in Colorado I could have done more for her.

I grew up with her in Colorado and I know all about her dealings with running away. It was usually my house she would go to most of the time. I did my best to try and guide her in a different direction but nothing seemed to get through to her. I'm not trying to pass judgement on anyone. I know more about her then you think know. She was my friend and I loved her dearly.

@Tawni Mazzone family

Hello while I was doing a search on an unidentified victim's on Google image I stumbled on an unrelated picture that I clicked to read what had happened to the (dead) person on it and it led me to a gore website (caution both sites have extremely gory pictures of murder victims): https://inhumanidad.com/2015/05/11/ who shows a post-mortem picture of Tawni Mazzone (which case I am familiar with having tried so many timesto find who she was when she was a Jane Doe) that they took on this other gore site: http://www.cutedeadgirls.com/cute-dead-girls/...

It made me furious to see what they were using this poor kid's morgue photo for so I though I would try and alert someone about that.

Not only are they using her picture for perverts to see but to make it more perv they lie on her cause of death saying she was sexually assaulted. Beside one thing that I find very strange is the picture they have wasn't available to the public as far as I know since the only post-mortem available was one that was modified with a computer for it to be least shocking to the viewers. I think you should try as a family member to have this picture removed, this type of websites are so disgusting I wish they were forbidden and also inquire to the medical examiner as to how they got this photo, I truly don't think it was available to the public.
