Appeals court hears 10-year-old Disney thrill-ride suit

A 10-year-old lawsuit alleging Walt Disney World's Twilight Zone Tower of Terror thrill ride caused a man's stroke was presented in the Fifth District Court of Appeal in Daytona Beach last week, the Orlando Sentinel reports.

This is moronic to hold Disney responsible for someone with health issues who chooses to ride one of the thrill rides. People need to take responsibility for their own actions. I wouldn't be surprised if he smoked and weighed 350#. Its not Disney's fault period. I just rode the Tower of Terror again and I didn't get a stroke so it must not be the ride at fault. I also rode the Rockin Rollercoaster, space mountain, everest expedition, fast track all on the same day and didn't get a stroke. Must not be the fault of the rides. Get over it money grubber!
