Casey is mad that her parents had Caylee cremated. She wanted her put in a casket and have a head stone so she can visit her. Seems to me she already made her a casket out of a laundry bag and a garbage bag, is that not good enough for her now?

So sad. Considering the condition of the remains, maybe this was why lil Caylee was creamated. I hope it was not to further hinder the investigation in any way should new evidence be found.
RIP little Angel....you hurt no more but rest peacefully in the arms of Jesus.

how can she be cremated when florida law prohibits cremation in suspicious deaths unless "cause of death" has been determined?

how could caylee be "ashes" when the law says the "cause of death" must be determined in order for the victim to be cremated?

The official cause of death is "murder". Manner of death is undetermined.

It was important for her to be cremated because any future discoveries that could shed light on her death would necessarily be thwarted.

Casey is the one who wanted her cremated. To ensure destruction of any future possibility of evidence.

All the other stuff is just for the public consumption.

Once again, Casey called the shots.
