BMW was in a race with another car which was stopped at Toledo and El Toro light when BMW passed thru the intersection before light went red.
The other car passengers witnessed the whole accident in front of them

So the BMW caused the accident? I'm not following what you are saying. I live in the neighborhood where the accident occurred and I saw only the Tahoe.

LAKE FOREST A 9-year-old Lake Forest girl was ejected from an SUV and killed instantly Sunday when the vehicle in which she was a passenger spun out of control and hit a light pole, police said.

Westbound El Toro Road between Jeronimo Road and Toledo Way is closed until further notice for police investigation.

A BMV clipped a Chevy Tahoe in the rear as the vehicles were travelling west on El Toro near Pino at about 5:30 p.m., causing the Tahoe to spin out of control and hit a light pole. The 9-year-old girl was ejected from the Tahoe and also hit the light pole, said Larry Abbott of the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

It appeared both vehicles were trying to change lanes. Both drivers tested below the legal limit for alcohol, and no road rage was involved, Abbott said.

The girl was in the Tahoe with her aunt and her aunt's friend, who was driving, Abbott said.

The BMW's driver was taken to the hospital with minimal injuries.

The road is still closed, my girlfriend was unable to exit my neighborhood through Pino to get onto El Toro.
