Pulido is living in another world. If anyone drives in central, East, West and south Santa Ana they will see blight, trash on steets and sidewalks, neglected properties, crumbling streets and sidewalks, store fronts plastered with signage and gangs running amok. Pulido wants to take credit for any new construction, but will not take responsibility for the deterioration of the city's neighborhoods.

Well he has not driven down my street.

I get ice cream trucks 3 at a time blaring their music, and in the back ground trucks burning 360's in the intersection blaring their music so loud that my windows rattle and my daughters alarm goes off every time! Let's not forget the drug dealing too!

I just want some peace and quiet!

Can you fix that Mr. Pulido?
