Super greedy owners are gonna milk this cow until it's dead. I put 2 homes in there; did OK on one but the owner/mgmt queered 4 deals on the other and I ended up giving back all the profit on the first in land lease fees. Turnover rents are unreasonably high so none of the current owners cans sell without taking a bath...avoid this park at all costs.
Actually highest and best use of this land is more multi-million $ homes anyway. So forget dreams of retiring to the beach- at least in Laguna.

Super greedy is understatement. Heard one of fussing family members has died. So things may change. Grandfather who started this must be turning in his grave!!
