Trial in MSU student's death ends after witness refuses to testify

He is no longer cooperating with us to testify, and there is no way we can meet the burden of proof for this defendant without this testimony. A judge has stopped the murder trial of a man accused of killing a Mississippi State University student after a key prosecution witness refused to testify. via The Clarion-Ledger

Andreas was a really good friend of mine and I feel that this guy needs to be killed the same way that he killed Andreas. Justice NEEDS to be served.
