Her father is the one that gave her the gun that she used. She said he gave her the gun during the election for her protection,however,why would she feel threatened because of the election? Not only is she underage, but also no permit for the gun, and had been on medicine for Schizophrenia. You would think that someone in her fathers position would have had a little bit of common sense that you don't give someone that is unstable that a gun.
