That's gratifying that the ACLU is getting involved! That was an unjust ruling and should be reversed on appeal.BTW,the judge should be thrown off the bench because he is incompetent by rendering an opinion mixing religion with the law and reasoning based on half baked science.Furthermore,if he wants to teach religion then he should get out of the legal profession and become a minister.
