Has anyone had or know of someone who was issued a ticket falsely by Fort Walton beach PD. Seatbelt violation or otherwise when you were compliant? If so did you go to court? I am told if you fight it in court they can increase your fine! Does the AG's office investigate complaints against police dept's if not who does?
