The offshore wind power plant proposed is of no benefit to West MI residence.
1. The power generated would be sold to Chicago, Detroit, and out of state customers...its not for West MI. I suggest those communities who will benefit have the wind mills in their community, not ours.
2. No guarantees our electric bills will go down, a mild suggestion they will not go up? This is no benefit to West MI. We take risk that tourism, boating, fishing, etc. won't be damaged (no one actually believes this) and yet get no benefit in return? This is what happens when kids take drugs...stupidity starts to sound logical.
