No way at 250 yards with a modern scope he did not see the other RAM. He got RAM fever and after reloading shot the wrong standing RAM. First I like to see how many bonus points he had, secondly make all under oath tell what they saw, third it should be a felon or at least suspend him as they would have cited anyone for firing under unsafe conditions. Trust me he saw more than one RAM and nothing came out of the woodwork in a 1/3 of a second. I am hearing so many bad things about NDOW these days
