But as the city moves closer to making that a reality, other Pennsylvania municipalities are repealing similar bans over their legality.

Don't you have a mind or original thought of your own, or are you just a Dem robot, Kliney?

We have strict gun laws? And yet we have a mass shooting every 2-3 months. Our cities experience gun violence on a daily basis.
I don't care if the NRA's feeling are hurt or some nut yells about violating the Second Amendment. Of course we need universial background checks, but we also need to ban high ammo clips and most assault weapons. Connecticut took a step in the right direction and hopefully more states will follow if we can't pass tougher federal regulations.
How about high performance cars??? Over 34000 people are killed on the highway each year. More than 10,000 of those deaths were attributed to someone speeding. The chevy corvette depending on which model can do anywhere from 180 to 205 MPH. The camaro can do 185. The mustang GT can do 155. The dodge charger can do 145. Where is the left wing dirtbags demand that those cars be banned? Why would anyone need a car that is capable of reaching speeds from 145-205MPH in a antion where the speed limit is 70??? Don't you left wing turds care about the 10,000 people killed because someone had a car with those capabilities. I bet a good percentage of those killed by speeding were innocent school aged children...where is your outrage you left wing fu*k

Lets face it asshole you are in the minority...too bad your scumbag media types keep you fedd with bullshit. There are over 100 million Americans who now own guns thanks to oblunders election. There are about 314 million people living in this country. Take away the 11 million ILLEGALS who can't own a gun and you have 303 million people. There 2.5 million people in jail right now who are convicted felons. There are an estimated 25 to 27.5 million no longer in jail who are convicted felons. The legal age to own a gun in this country is 18 for a rifle or long gun and 21 for a handgun. According to the goverment there are over 85 million people in this country under the age of 18. Do the math you moron. Even using the low estimate of 25 million felons not in jail plus the 2.5 million felons in jail and adding that to those too young to own a gun you come up with 112 million people WHO CANNOT LEGALLY OWN A GUN. That leaves about 91 million people who refuse to own a gun or who just choose not to. The chances are that some of those who choose not to support other people owning a gun. Even it it is only 10% that leaves only 82 million of you left wing socialist bastards. That is why you piss in your pants when you hear that the semi automatic personal defense weapon ban will not happen. It is oblunders biggest defeat and you can't handle it. He knows he doesn't stand a chance getting his own "civilian defense force" with an armed population. The democrats know that they are on thin ice if they push for another ban. They know that the people will push back...and oblunder and his minions will not like how it turns out.

I've been carrying a firearm with a legally obtained concealed weapons permit since 1994. Thus far, I have experienced zero negligent discharges and haven't fired a single shot upon a human being.

My guns are defective and I want a refund!

Obama and his administration are responsible for more guns sales than the NRA. Fact check that accusation, please.

Anyone that attempts to harm me or my family, take what I have rightfully earned is viewed an 'aggressor' and a direct threat. I will treat them as a feral animal and dispatch them accordingly.

Guns don't kill people: people kill people. Just like cars don't kill people: stupid drivers kill people. Both are deadly weapons when used in such a way.

Just imagine driving a big rig at 55 mph down Broad St during the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony. Dozens could be killed in seconds.

You say apples vs. oranges because you won't acknowledge the similar uses of such man-made devices.

You, resident, and Joe are so far to the left that it's sickening. You refuse to see any others' perspective...typical "tolerant" liberals; you are only tolerant when someone agrees with you.

Whats a national gun owner database and what do you think it will do for all the guns out there that aren't on file anywhere ?

One piece of your brain won't rewire itself but you may get there if you find where you left the rest .

Legislation means money for the state to register ? for a price all the guns people have .

Vigorous background checks against regular background checks . You may be hinting at having to see a shrink before you can buy a gun.

I guess you think the gunowner would be liable to pay for all this and it all flies in the face of violation of the second amendment.

so under your logic you could have a stinger missile in case some "aggressor" uses a helicopter to threaten you.
so there is no need to restrict stinger missiles from general public ownership?

So killing fetuses/unborn children is the same as extinguishing men and women given due process and found guilty?

You're as always reaching too far.

As a side note, I don't support capital punishment as new technology and DNA testing have exonerated numerous failures of the judicial system.
