Changes For Violent Parolees?

A quadruple homicide in Northampton County has some state legislators talking about making changes to the state parole system.

Just think a prominent developer wants to bring more of this type of felons to our communities via the criminal justice system that is not working, all in the name of the american dollar?
Put them on a boat with no supervision and eliminate the cost ofthe burden to the american tax dollars for leasing to a subcontractor owner that just cares about head count and not the treatment of the criminal for the reintrodution into sociaty as a productive person.

I like what deceased comidian George Carlin says.

He says put all the hard criminals in states that are square in shape,( easier to fence off ) and let them, well I can't say it all here what he says, rated R. Let them live out there lives in these fenced of states away from the general population.

Also we could balnce the stupid budget, everytime these criminals try to ecscape the fence.( the fence has a very small opening in a few spots that only open at certain times. Everytime a criminal trys to squeeze through these small openings in the fence, air this on t.v. and you will have a balanced budget, this will be very entertaining.

There is scarcely any deterrence--why do our elected officials, our Judiciary, and Parole people keep pulling this stuff? The answer is 'Hate'----hatred of us is what propels them. As long as the atrocities are not being suffered by them directly, all of the malice, all of the perfidy will continue unchecked, same as always.

Don't be fooled by July 4th speeches.

P.S. Even though cops still occasionly get murdered, they make no noise--they keeping taking their misery out on us. It's called Displacement.

Is it really the parole system thats broken or is it the fact that these animals are even allowed to roam amongst us again after we already had fair warning that they were violent???Take for instance the case of Richard Alvin Bell aka Ricky Bell who was just released the beginning of this year and then brutally beat and murdered Starr Harris a young beautiful wife and mother.After carjacking and beating the first lady he should have never had the chance to be paroled.The parole board did thier job in this case and refused to let him out.He served his full sentence plus some 13 years for terrorism(so much for that war).The issue is keeping them behind bars to begin with not parole.
