Representatives of most of the municipalities and school boards of Lehigh and Northampton counties met for the second time in the past month March 15 to discuss Allentown's newly-created Neighborhood Improvement Zone and its impact on their earned income tax collections.

If the people runnig this city would not have let it fund there freinds failing resturaunts/day spa's to get there share of kick backs. Now they are pushing this multimillion dallar project down are throat to play the tree nut shell trick with the money to cover there tracks. No matter what game they try to play in the red is in the red.
Imbezzelment=imbezzlement palumpa should stop trying to play hide the money.
