Which allows a Judge to move or recuse themselves because of a known conflict of interest without involved parties having to file or motion the court to do so.

Judge Tilson failed to uphold his official capacity in following the Judicial Canons he swore his oath to as a Judge.

Judge Arthur Tilson gave the wedding toast at
former Montgomery County's Judge Sharron Rex’s wedding ceremonies.
But would not step down until he was motioned to do so by
Now Pro-Se Litigant John W. Kulesa Jr.

JUDICIAL IMMUNITY ?

Did Judge Tilson "faithfully" and "impartially" perform all duties incumbent upon them under the "Constitution" and "laws" of the United States

(14th Amendments Equal Protection Clause. Civil Right, the Preamble to the Constitution, Canon Codes of Judicial Code, Article III Section1, various U.S.C.).

A Judicial Act was one normally performed by a Judge and was within the Judges judicial capacity. Since bias/discrimination is not a judicial act (in accordance with the Judges' Oath),

therefore:

a Judge who is bias/discriminatory does not have judicial immunity.

The U. S. Supreme Court has overturned U. S. District Court and Court of Appeals cases. The question you should ask a Jury to decide is whether Judicial Bias and/or Judges who discriminate against a specific class of people (in this case Pro-Se)
is a normally performed act performed by a Judge. Thus all the Judges, listed as Defendants, should stand trial for their non-judicial acts, the Judges did not "faithfully" and "impartially" perform all duties incumbent upon them under the "Constitution" and "laws" of the United States (14th Amendments Equal Protection Clause. Civil Right, the Preamble to the Constitution, Canon Codes of Judicial Code, Article III Section1, various U.S.C.).

Without getting the Judiciary Branch out of the discplinary business of the courts..incompetent an and unethical judges like him and others..Kelly Wall for example..judicialy tyranny will continue.

Kelly Wall is an idiot. She has no clue of the boundaries of judicial discretion. She imposed her Catholic school morals in the court room. Tilson is just an old goat.. but Wall is a jealous and resentful divorcee and a mother of only one child.

I meant to say she voiced the fact in court that she felt unfortunate that she only has one child. She retaliated against the mother of three who stayed home to raise them by taking away child support. I guess she was pissed cause she had to work. She also penalized for the refinancing of a home..when she refinanced her own home multiple times. Its online. How she got on the bench just shows how badly our system is failing.

Yes..Kelly Wall is incompetent..she should be impeached. People vote in judges without screening them and then they are not monitored for their performance. Its an antiquated and ridiculous system that need to be changed. Wall is the perfect example of this. She has no brain. And she had admitted she has no brain.

In a PFA Hearing Judge Tilson denied request for PFA being Permanant between two Gay litigants because Tilson proclaimed, " I don't believe there was a sexual relationship between these two men." Furthermore Tilson expressed his sympathy for the Defendant in the case because the man expressed his concern that the PFA order would prevent him from owning a firearm. I wonder if straight couples have to prove that they have a sexual relationship to Tilson before they are given an order of protection from a violent and mentally ill drug- addicted partner?
