The article says that the district magistrate is the first line of defense against the bad guys. That is not true. The citizen is the first line of defense against the bad guys. Judges are not supposed to be part of the law enforcement team, they are supposed to be independent arbiters of fact. They are the referees in the courts, making sure everyone follows the rules.
How fair and impartial will a judge (cop) be in a trial where his former co workers are testifying against someone accused of a crime? How closely will a judge (cop) examine an affidavit of probably cause when his former colleagues come to him looking for a search warrant?
Cops should not be judges!

There is no justice in America today with what is going on to the common man. The only one that has got my vote is the regular Joe.

These two will just become another political parasite that fed from the poor.
