UGI will file in federal court in the near future against the city citing neglect and poor conditions in and around the area of the blast. The city will lie and state public works projects are at a all time low because of economics. This city that is called Allentown PA is making a mockory out of all the courts in the USA. All the while using public funds that the federal government has givin to maintain the cities infastucture.
Allentowns economic dimise at the hands of palumpashitsky and crew.

Why hasn't UGI counter sued the state of pa for bullying them in the state. The city of allentown never truely let any investigation into all the tragedies?

There were many investigations into that incident. Probably one of Allentowns most investigated tragedies. Your theories make no scense.

Knock it down and bury the evidence fast. This makes perfect sense, let allentowns legal team protect the city in the court room? Allentowns legal team will never mention neglect liability of home owners as well as the neglect and blight that is in the hands of allentown officials?

Now that liability will be waivered because allentowns third party inspections will be done by integra homes !

That block was far from neglect and/or blight. Every house that was ruined was well taken care of.

The car paint store klines paint was faded by the blast so it got a paint job. Than a few of the mancards with shingles curling was caused by the blast. This is easy and I am LMFAO no that most claims that were put in and paid were bogus. The neglect is not only the homeowner liability it also is officials, this why a third party was hired as the presales inspectors?
