Please remember these (5)Montgomery County Judges :

Judge Coonahan
Judge Delricci
Judge Tilson
Judge Rogers
Judge Branca

They have miserably failed to uphold their Official Oaths that were
sworn before appointment to their Office.

These appointed Officials have caused nothing but suffering, loss, unnecessary hardships, financial, emotional, and spiritual loss to the Families that were unfortunate enough to have to sit before them in the Court Of Common Pleas in Norristown,Pa.

Yet,they live the high-life,in total haughtiness,without-any disregard for the pain and suffering their injustices cause our families.

Please Pray(If You Can), for these Most Apprehensible Human Beings(JUDGES) that dare say, they take the oath to Protect our families and community from injustice.

Yet, have done nothing but abuse our families through their unjust unprofessional acts of cowardliness,in what they call the Family court system in Norristown,Pa..

JUDICIAL IMMUNITY ?

These Judges did not "faithfully" and "impartially" perform all duties incumbent upon them under the "Constitution" and "laws" of the United States (14th Amendments Equal Protection Clause. Civil Right, the Preamble to the Constitution, Canon Codes of Judicial Code, Article III Section1, various U.S.C.).

A Judicial Act was one normally performed by a Judge and was within the Judges judicial capacity. Since bias/discrimination is not a judicial act (in accordance with the Federal Judges' Oath),

therefore:

a Judge who is bias/discriminatory does not have judicial immunity.

The U. S. Supreme Court has overturned U. S. District Court and Court of Appeals cases. The question you should ask a Jury to decide is whether Judicial Bias and/or Judges who discriminate against a specific class of people (in this case Pro-Se) is a normally performed act performed by a Judge. Thus all the Judges, listed as Defendants, should stand trial for their non-judicial acts, the Judges did not "faithfully" and "impartially" perform all duties incumbent upon them under the "Constitution" and "laws" of the United States (14th Amendments Equal Protection Clause. Civil Right, the Preamble to the Constitution, Canon Codes of Judicial Code, Article III Section1, various U.S.C.).
