The Lauer SChool wasnt' that old. Why demolish it?

Richard... the Lauer school is from the early 70's. The classrooms had no windows, and each classroom is a "pod" that was split up FROM one large room by paper-thin temporary walls. The rooms were TRIANGLES. There was one thermostat controlling each group of four rooms. It was a horrendous layout.
