The clue it was not right should have been when he left his truck to ride with them.

And they asked both of them to bring personal possessions like electronics. Not to mention Craig's List. A couple of years ago my husband posted on Craig's List for his handyman business, got a phone call that was creepy, that isn't even a strong enough word. If it doesn't sound right, listen to your gut, it isn't right.

In Missouri, back in the early '90's, Ray and Faye Copeland were convicted of killing five homeless men and are believed to have killed at least seven more. Ray and Faye went to homeless shelters in other parts of Missouri, lured homeless men to their farm with promises of employment, supplied cash so the guys could open small bank accounts, had the guys write bad checks worth thousands of dollars for cattle and then killed the men. It appeared that the men had simple come to town, written a bunch of bum checks and then skipped.

I wonder if that case gave these idiots their idea.

Thats a lot of planning to do, just to rob somebody for what they got that you don't know. That would be a traumatic feeling. That reminds me of some scary movie..(Wrong Turn movies.) Some people are desperate for work. I'm glad he's OK for the least. My aunt lives way out in the country, and she says she gets a couple weird knocks a year from people needing help.. but not like this.

It doesn't appear the Noble county pair got that far along. There is a gag order on the case for now so no new info from the Sheriff for awhile
