Minnesota DNR proposes changes to Canada goose season

With Minnesota's Canada goose population still growing, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is proposing changes that will simplify regulations and increase hunting options.

If there is an over population problem on canadian geese, then why would it make a big difference in bag limits. Why not have no limits form year to year, while checking the effect. when it grts to a reasonable goose pop. then have bag limits.
