Summersville, Nicholas County , West Virginia The Salvation Army headquarters in Summersville was destroyed by a fire.

Well judge Johnson did let a serial arsonist walk free, so people think they can get away with it now. Who knows maybe it was Austin Cox. That's where I would start my investigation.

Austin is on home confinement with an ankle bracelet that monitors his whereabouts at all times, so if he were to leave his home, the sherriff would be alerted immediately! Did it cross your mind that perhaps he is NOT guilty of arson. Coty Stover is still walking the streets, perhaps he is not as innocent as he would have everyone believe.

Austin didn't do it? WTF?! He is soooooooo guilty. he admitted to it numerous times 'till he found out how much time he was going to have to do.

And another thing they have nothing on austin cuz he didn't do anyttest. And they have coty on camra stealing the paint thinner which was used for the fires and pluse he failed a lie detecter test so that tells u right there who it was

and just how is it that you know he confessed? if he had the state would not need to have a trial they would sentence him and be done, he is awaiting trial so he can have his day in court.

I like judge johnson, but to put the two arsonists on home confinement was a really bad decision. They terrorized this area and belong in jail while waiting trial. If arson is found to be the cause of the latest fire, than the investigators are going to have focus a lot of time and effort figuring out if these two idiots were involved. Time is crucial to solving any crime. The more time that goes by this investigation the odds of finding out who did this goes way down. If they were in jail where they belonged than this would not be an issue. If the two arsonists were involved in this latest fire than the public will be rightfully outraged and Judge Johnson politial career will be over.

There is information on the street that the fellow who was on home confinement from setting fire before was looked for after fire broke out but was not at home-whether he did it or not it looks suspicious,

did you guys know the locked stover up for breaking his home confinement? I found out about that the same time I found out about the second fire at the Salvation Army. An article on line said it was suspicious and the fire was started at the back door just like the first attempt.

I had heard something about Coty being in jail. How odd. Perhaps he wanted to finish what they started last year.... At least it wasn't maloneys again or brown oaks..... Now that would have been bad!!

Arson is a very complex crime. Recently in Wheeling, a four year old little girl was playing outside in the cold. She rushed inside, put on her brothers sweathshirt and stood in front of a well-kept fire. Half her body is burned and we do not know if she will live. The guilty party is accused of double attempted homicide. They put a chemical accelerator on the brother's sweathshirt. The brother is "military" and the girl's family is "government." this is considered a Patriot Act violation. Read the Patriot Act. It passed. No one worries about STATE LAW and stays of execution in this day and age.

Chemicals, a good chemist that is trained, can evaluate you and do you harm--Would you like some soda pop with your mentos? This is an episode of the TV Show Myth Busters. I do not know if it is true. You could test it by taking one mentos and dropping it in a 2 liter bottle of soda. I would gamble to say, you will end up with a free shower if you do not move out of way quickly. but as someont with a medical background, what does that do to your stomache? We screwed up the schools with politics and now the people who KNOW things don't care to teach, so now we are home schooling and I have to wonder about qualifications.
