business owner busted wrote:
The owner of Central Testing was among the busted 66. Her business is now up for sale, could that be drug related? I venture to guess she will not serve any time because she is an "outstanding citizen" who runs a local business, which in turn brings money to the city. She also is a political campaign contributor: JANIS HOLLAND (CENTRAL TESTING),(Zip code: 26651)$300 to FRIENDS OF MIKE DEWINE. She was arrested under the name Janis Reger. Check the Nicholas County Sheriff Dept. web site. In my opinion, she will have the lightest sentence given to those arrest during the "Annual Spring Cleaning".
Ms. Reger's business is bankrupt. She's selling the property and equipment.

I guess it was bad business sense and too much drug use, on and off the job.

Any one who would use the name "pee wee herman" should be so ashamed that they wished they were 6 feet under...

Until you know the circumstances of anything, keep your mouth shut! And by the way, I know who you really are and as much trouble as you've been in.. if you wrote your real name, ppl would probably say worse about you.

What about the ones that were doing drugs and the snitching? They should go down too. The one at Runa is doing nothing but snitching, and ripping off anyone who he can get close too. Everyone should know, since his is on home confinement and comes and goes as he pleases with no consequences. He has been ripping people off for the past several years and no one says a d**n thing to him.
I totally agree with this one. I know a few of those kind of people. No matter what they do they always get off and never get in trouble for anything.

Let's pull our military out of Iraq and everywhere else and put all of these pill heads, rapist, murderer's, etc. over there on the front lines. We would be saving a lot of innocent lives and saving money too. Whatcha think?
well first of all you would have a problem convincing ALOT of the military to pull out. Alot of them enjoy their jobs of blowing shit up. I know i sure did. Second, being prior military myself, i will tell you that over half of the people that join the military have drug charges pending on them and the judge says, is military a option if you go and serve x amount of years i will drop the charges. The other half that join are either there for college money or to get outta towns just like this one. And the fact that u put pillheads in the same category with rapists and murderers is funny. i personally have injuries that i obtained while serving my country that require me to live in pain every day of my life, physical and mental. What the hell have u done to give u the right to call someone like me that takes perscription pain meds a pillhead? I get enough critisizm when i go into pharmacies to get them filled. And then when im in public and need a pill people stop and stare at me. Like im doing something wrong. No its little pukes like u that are judging and placing people like me in categories. Im done with u... u make me sick.

I think its great when you see these drug bust but six months from now they will be in the paper again for the same thing it goes back to our law .A mother can take drugs before she has ababy and wv. has no law that will help a unborned baby so great get the drugs off the streets but if there is no law to keep them in jail

a women can take as many drugs as she wants while she is carry a baby, and nothing can be done, because the baby isnt born yet,no matter what the drugs did to the baby she will never be charged i dont think it is right a women can get her baby high every day and when she has the baby she does not have to take care of it, because the baby is taken away from her by the dhhr and given back ones the baby is clean from drugs then she has more babys and she still does drugs,it never stops because there is no laws to help a unborn baby why

there's a certain judge who dismisses a lot of drug cases from his court; and yet is continually re-elected by the citizens. its sad that after all the officers' hard work this guy just lets the druggies go with, if anything, a slap on the wrist.

They caught a bunch of people here at Runa dealing from their houses. All the traffic that goes by my house ceased for 2 or 3 months then it started right back up again and now is worse than ever! Instead of taking these junkies houses and putting them in jail they are released on home confinment and right back at it again. The judicial system is to blame here. Some of these people have been caught a couple of times before.

I think that the people who are selling drugs should be taken off the streets, but throwing them in jail so that they can get out in a few months is not going to do a damn thing. They are jst going to go back out and do the same thing. If the cops really wanted to do something about the drug problem, why dont they try offering treatment for the addicts instead of just throwing them into our overcrowded jails. I hate to burst everyones little bubble but if you knew anything about what goes on then you would know that the "war on drugs" cannot be even touched with 66 ppl in jail. There needs to be something better done and it is DEFINATELY not a pay raise to the police. Why not starting by addressing the problem, which is addiction.
