been snowing out in Elgin for about an hour now.. went to sleet/rain for a bit, now is back to big snow flakes. My dogs who are young got to see snow for the first time and were having a blast trying to catch snowflakes with their mouths!! It was hilarious!
As for the yankee comments, well being from up north yes there is little to no preparation down here.. HOWEVER the people here seem to drive badly in dry weather it's safer for everyone to have delays! LOL! And we DO get bad heat waves up north (yes it gets over 100 and very high humidity in NJ/PA). The BIG difference is we don't have to live with it for more than a week and it's back to 80. You definitely have to extend your heat tolerance down here!

This global warming really is out of control. Snow in Iraq and now in Columbia! Wow, we better restrict our economic freedom, personal freedom, and raise taxes to prevent global warming!

dang, can I rec this post? 1134 supports this post! Even if global warming was real, libturds think they can reverse natural weather patterns! hahahahaha! Any rational person knows you can't affect the weather! Liberals, read a book not written by Al Franken or Hillary Clinton.
