Did the news hit the streets yet that Justing Schultz sucker punched another innocent victim on 8/9/08? Feel terrible for the victim and his family, but with the grace of God this one survived, broken cheek for one. I think he must of had Joel Stone as his guardian angle. Justin also recently hired an attorney and had the felony released from his record. Now do people feel that he should have served time - the first time he killed someone?

No. Just like the first person he killed did not deserve it. Both times it was an attack not a fight. Justin Schultz thinks he is above the law because his family is (was?) friends with the judge and they have money, well at least enough to pay the most expensive area in West Michigan. Both of these men he struck were decent, loving, non violent men. They are not the only two he has done this to. There were many more occasions but no charges brought up.

You would like to have thought that even though he showed no remorse the first time that maybe age and time would have changed that and he would mature and start to feel terrible for his unhuman actions, but obviously that did not happen. He must be a mental case and probably belongs in a high secuity mental instatution. Glad I did not raise such a disgrace to human society.

Thats the Schultz Family for ya they all think they are above the LAW ! HELL I can't tell you how many times they have almost caused an accident in one of thier trucks they pass you on the double lines and talk about running stop signs
Oh but lets not forget they are the Schultz they don't have to obey the law ! But when they do get taught a lesson it will be a hard one for them to swallow ! Time will tell but it is going to happen one day !

Just really makes you wonder what did they do to put them above the law. Just how much does it cost them to stay there and where does all that money come from, really you cant be that wealthy hauling crap and gravel... And I cant say enough how much I agree with "newaygo resident"..'Glad I did not raise such a disgrace to the human race'. No way would I ever stand behind such an evil human son or no son. Makes it obvious why he is the person he is, when a parent does not make their child responsible for their own actions you get a "justin schultz". Oh it is coming up on 7 years this month since he killed Joel Stone, if anyone recalls this is part of what he told Judge Thomas at the sentencing of that murder trial "i will never drink again underage"... now if you were Judge Thomas would not have you said "you mean you will NEVER drink again"... nope, instead Judge Thomas removes his felony from his record after 6 years, then 3 months later justin committed the same act only this victim had Joel for a guardian angel. Good call Judge.

I have lived in Fremont and Newaygo unfortunately. While I was there i witnessed bias by school officials, Judges, athletic coaches, and police officers. Its sad that just because one has money that they are "above the law" but is that not what society has shown us. Just like the officer now being brought up on assault it is just another issue which will be swept under the rug. Instead of school and authority figures trying to help the children and young teens, they go the opposite. Kick them out of school, don't allow them in extracurricular activities... WRONG I saw first hand teachers in Newaygo high school encourage beating up and picking on the newer weaker children. More than anything the principal Mr. Lantz did nothing. Judge Thomas giving really no justice is just another picture of " it's not what you know, but who you know" The mentality of Newaygo residents is they are mostly lost. Looking for the next fist fight because they have never had it addressed the proper way. It is a thing of the norm in Newaygo until someone in the School stands up and makes a change. Newaygo County Period is corrupt.

In reference to "shady business", funny you mention the principal. One mother of a mentally challenged student whom was getting severly picked on daily and also threatened that harm would come to his parents if he said anything had to leave the school and graduate elsewhere after the mother went to the principal and his commet back to her was "oh give it a couple weeks and they will find someone else to pick on".... same school that justin schultz went to, fit right in with their family program... dont make the person responsible for their own actions..... he should be out of jail already for his last attack, a big 4 months with work release.... just in time for summer parties so he can do it again.

This doesn't suprize me I havent lived in MI in 10 yrs, But I am very familar with judge Thomas and all the corruption that goes on in that county court house. Take some advice and move away from there. Corrouption is really bad in that county and its time for all of them judges to be voted off the bench.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Gemini

It's easy to become distracted and confused because your mind is wandering about in all sorts of different directions. You're also in a highly impressionable state so will believe almost anything you're told now, whether it's true or a total flight of fancy. Be wary of muddling others by only telling them half the story or letting your imagination fill in any gaps.
