I'm wondering what the Medical Examiners Office gave as the cause of death when Yveit Occean died in the New Kent County Sheriff's Office holding cell. He was pepper sprayed and Tasered by a State Trooper and county deputy on April 6, 2008. Is the M.E.'s report available yet.
