Did you see on tv where she is sueing for $10 million dollars, b/c she wants to try and make sure this does not happen again? Go to Frankfort or D.C and push for stricter laws. Go after the the police officers badges that misread the court documents and took the baby from her. Push to have the judge that signed the paperwork licenses revolked by the Ky Bar Assoc. Don't try and cash in on a major payday and use the excuse of "future prevention". My heart goes out to Candance for losing her child, it is a horrible situation. But why does even the worst tragedies always come down to money and major lawsuits?
not sure i know about "misread court documents". what is that about?

Except their son killed her son. Wouldn't you be angry if someone killed your child? I would.
That's the dubmest thing I think I have ever heard. The parents of Timmy are not responsible for what he done. They lost a son AND a grandson. If I were in their shoes I would be devastated.

i don't blame Candace. I would sue too. Do you think the city will pay attention if she called them up and said "Hey you made a mistake i think you should pay more attention" No but 10 mill would. No government office wants to pay that kind of money and they will stand attention to make sure it does'nt happen again. But if she does proceed and wins, I think she should set up a childrens charity in her child's name with the money. Not keep it

Once again your stupidity shows through. The government never pays one dime in a lawsuit. The taxpayers that work their butts off pay these outrageous sums .

SOMEONE SHOULD REMOVE THIS POST. THIS IS A PERSONAL MATTER BETWEEN THESE TWO FAMILIES AND EITHER WAY YOU LOOK AT IT, NOBODY WINS. SUCH A TRAGIC STORY AND I BELIEVE IT SHOULD BE LEFT ALONE.THE FACT IS 2 LIVES WERE LOST AND IM SHURE BOTH FAMILIES DONT APPRECIATE ALL THE GOSSIP ON THIS SITE.LET GOD BE THE JUDGE AND THE FACTS COME OUT IN COURT. THERES NO SENSE IN RUBBING SALT IN OPEN WOUNDS.

Daily Horoscope for May 20

Taurus

If a friend has been bugging you recently, you are likely to have a few sharp words with them today. However, least said soonest mended, so don't labour the point or turn them against you. Besides, you have better things to do with your time now, such as taking part in a big gathering of likeminded people or having a long chat with one special person.
