Seaford Man Pleads Guilty to Falsifying Payroll Computer Data
A Nassau County public safety officer from Seaford pleaded guilty Monday to stealing more than $6,000 in taxpayer money by doctoring his time sheets to create and approve overtime hours that he never worked.

Joseph Wigdzinski, 26, of Seaford, pleaded guilty to third-degree grand larceny as well as defrauding the government and a misdemeanor count of official misconduct. Wigdzinski faces up to seven years in prison at his scheduled November 30 sentencing.
