well the real question is now, DID THE DEPUTY FOLLOW AGENCY POLICY AND PROCEDURE'S? or will tommy sweep this under the rug like he has done so many times when his buddies do wrong? if this had been some deputy that tommy really didn't like or tommy thought was not on his band wagon, that deputy would have already been fired and probablly been arrested. what a shame, a innocent unarmed man dies at the careless, gung ho, out of control nassau county sheriffs office hands and justice will not be served. i feel for the family and hope they can find some resolve.
