I'm thrilled to hear the news but it's not the end. The future looks good though. The judge’s attitude seems to be siding with the ACLU and the federal law and the constitution which is a good thing. It's great that they can have the club with its original name. This case could last 2 to 4 years. At least students will be able to have the club while the case goes on and it will be an ice breaker and the people will realize the sky hasn't fallen by having the club and it could influence the judge to allow the club permanently.

Regarding yesterday's news:
CBS 47 News and Fox 30 News of Jacksonville, Florida briefly cast the news of this ruling a few times yesterday but they never put anything in writing or a copy of their video on their websites: www.cbs47.com and www.fox30online.com like www.firstcoastnews.com and www.news4jax.com put the news on their websites. Why? Why after all the previous coverage and it being such big national news and in all the papers did they not cover anything of this ruling on their websites? I'm very disappointed!
