people should realize that their surrounding co-workers may be facing/dealing with something in their personal life that might set that person off in response to any seemingly innocent comment...you never know what is on a person's private life and what their state of mind is...one should treat everyone with respect at all times and then maybe some of these incidents would not happen...remember the "golden rule,treat people like you want to be treated"
