Why do "regular people" blame the substance and not the person involved...im sure the pot plant reached out and placed other drugs in someone's hand...lets go back to blaming music for people's actions too. I was watching some old cartoons...you know the ones where elmer fudd chases and shoots bugs bunny, and how tom is always trying to kill jerry....we didn't blame those for kids turning into hellacious demons!!! Get real and snap into reality!!! Educatin is the key to having our children "just say no"...helping our children through life, listenting and encouraging them to have strong self esteem and the ability to think on their own...and to be able to know right and wrong with conscience...then they won't be so "sheep like" when "dopers" or "pushers" force your children to take that first hit of meth...or pop that bottle of xanex...and if you want to be technical the #1 gateway drug is alcohol....but you're not bitching about that...because it's legal... I don't smoke pot but have some common sense. Stop blaiming the drug and hold the person involved responsible!!

I am not saying that I condone smoking pot, but, President Clinton smoked pot during his college years, and he made President. I don't know any of these people but I don't blame them for trying to help their child. It is a parents responsibility to try to steer their children in the right direction, even when they have veered off course. I live in Murray County and I am not white trash. For all you people that get on here and talk about everybody else, you are nothing but trouble makers who are probably ignoring all the drama and difficulties in your own family and focusing on trying to make other people miserable by condemning them for doing the same thing that you probably should be doing. I did not read every post on this topic because there are way too many. But for those of you that are following this, get a life, get a job, fix your own family. I am more than positive that there is absolutely no correlation between killing and pot usage. Using those together in your thought is completely retarded, like i am sure you are yourself. If anything, legalizing pot would lower murders.
