Morristown slaps stop-work order on part of Epstein's project
MORRISTOWN -- The town has filed a stop-work order for two floors of the Epstein's redevelopment building at 40 Park Place over a disputed facade alteration that has triggered a hearing before the Morris County Construction Board of Appeals.

Just what should have happened. But now the lame new administration is going to "settle" with the developer, probably for a slap on the wrist. That building is ugly and does nothing for the look of town.
