Kyleigh's Law should be judged on results, not fears
On Tuesday, a state appeals court ruled that the oft-maligned Kyleigh's Law - which requires, among other things, that teen drivers affix a red decal to their license plates - is constitutional, striking down a Morris County attorney's challenge that it violates federal privacy laws.
