Moter vehicle Drivers have a responsibility regardless of the circumstances, whose been granted a license to operate a motor vehicle should be able to operate that vehicle safely regardless of how many pedestrians and bicyclist use the road no matter what time of the day. WHen a person get to the point where he cannot assume that priviledge without maiming of killing others, then he should be barred from being behind the wheel.
That's the problem with NJ motorist, especially in the Morris County area, They think they have exclusive right to the road and nobody is suppose to share the road with them.
